CARE INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep the vase in dry indoor environments. Not suitable for outdoor use.
- Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scrubbing tools to preserve the texture.
- For fresh flowers, use a watertight liner or vessel inside if the vase is not fully glazed internally.
- Handle with both hands and place on a stable, flat surface to prevent tipping or damage.
- If storing for long periods, wrap in bubble wrap and store in a sturdy box to avoid chips or cracks.
Exchange & Refund Policy
Each vase is carefully inspected before dispatch.
- You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please provide photos of the item and packaging.
- Refunds are only offered for damaged or incorrect items that cannot be exchanged. We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- As each piece is handmade and may vary slightly in form and finish, minor irregularities are part of its charm and are not considered defects.
- Return shipping costs for approved exchanges or refunds will be covered by us if the item is faulty or incorrect.
